Melt your chocolate. You can do this in the microwave or on the stove. Just make sure to stir frequently either way so as not to scorch.
Add vanilla and sweetened condensed milk to your chocolate and mix well.
Let chill for two hours or more.
Scoop your chocolate with a melon ball scoop into even 1 inch size balls.

Roll in cocoa powder and fin. You can always melt almond bark and dip truffles into the chocolate. Just allow yourself time to let set up and harden. If in a pinch, dust with cocoa powder and be done.
