How to Make Easy Cherry Cobbler

Perfect for a cold, winter night!

Supplies

  • 1 Can cherry pie filling
  • ½ Box yellow cake mix
  • ¼ Cups Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Step 2

    Pour cherries into a mixing bowl.

    Step 3

    Add sugar.

    Step 4

    Add vanilla extract and mix well.

    Step 5

    Spread mixture into an 8x8 baking pan.

    Step 6

    Spread out vanilla cake mix evenly over cherry mixture.

    Step 7

    Dot the top with butter slices.

    Step 8

    Place pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until top begins to brown.

    Step 9

    Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

    Step 10

    Add whipped cream if desired. Serve and enjoy!
