Styrofoam balls and eggs work best!
Washi tape comes in loads of colors and patterns. I suggest having at least a couple rolls in hand before trying this project.
Wrap the Washi tape all the way around the ball and tear off once you have reached the end and over-lapped it.
Continue to wrap the ball with tape until it is completely covered.
It is best to keep one finger on the end until you have made it right the way around that way you won't lose your place.
Once you have covered a good portion of the ball you will want to press down the tape so that there aren't large gaps. The best method is by rolling the ball around in your palms. Don't push too hard.
Get your Mod Podge, paint brush and an extra roll of tape ready for the next step.
Resting the covered ball on the extra roll of tape paint the top half and leave it to dry.
Once the top half is dry turn the ball over to the other side and finish coating the ball with Mod Podge and let dry.
Once it is dry you have a beautiful decorative Easter egg or ball!
