How to Make Easter Cupcakes

Supplies

  • 6 Ounces Butter
  • 6 Ounces Caster sugar
  • 6 Ounces Self-rising flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Drop milk
  • Drop vanilla extract
  • Fondant
  • Icing Sugar
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    6 ounces of butter or margarine

    Step 2

    Add 6 ounces of caster sugar. Mix together for a few minutes.

    Step 3

    Add the eggs, milk and vanilla essence.

    Step 4

    Add the flour and the baking powder.

    Step 5

    Divide into 12 cupcake cases.

    Step 6

    Cook at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Step 7

    Roll out the icing.

    Step 8

    Cut out easter shapes.

    Step 9

    I cut out an egg shape. Use your imagination :-)

    Step 10

    Mix your icing with food colouring.

    Step 11

    A bit more fluorescent than I was aiming for! Only one drop next time!

    Decorate :-)

    Finished.

    Put in boxes.

    All ready to give to family for Easter :-)
