WARNING: these are addicting. You may want to make a couple batches like I did.
Set the cream cheese out to soften for a while so blending is easier (you only need one, I'm making two batches).
Crush up the entire package of Oreos. You can use your hands like I did or something better if you have it.
Place the crushed up Oreos in a bowl with the block of cream cheese.
Blend the mixture until there are no dry pieces of Oreo and no cream cheese visible.
Use either a small scooper or your hands to form many small balls from the mixture. Place them in the fridge while you get the chocolate ready so they can harden a bit.
Melt the chocolate on the stove or in the microwave for 30 seconds and dip each individual ball in. I used multiple kinds of chocolate. (forgot to take a pic of the chocolate melting, sorry)
Place them in the fridge until they harden then they're ready to eat! Again, WARNING: they're addicting.
Hope you enjoy! Let me know if you like them or did any variations on the recipe, what type of chocolate you use, ect. :)
