In a large bowl combine your beef, beef stock, seasoning, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mixture. Make sure to add water to the onion soup. Stir until everything is nicely combined.
Form meat into patties and dry on low. You can fry your hamburgers all the way through. However, I decided to fry the top of each side then broil on 450 in the oven.
