How to Make Delicious Dairy Free Lemon Muffins

This is a great recipe if you have to bake something very quickly. Lemon muffins are delicious and even dairy free, enjoy!


  • 1 Egg
  • ⅓ Cups Sugar
  • 2 Cups flour
  • ⅓ Cups Soy cooking cream
  • ½ Cups Melted vegetal margarine
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather all your ingredients. Preheat oven: 180C or 356F.

    Step 2

    Mix together sugar, soy cooking cream, melted margarine and the egg in a large bowl.

    Step 3

    Add the lemon zest just like this.

    Step 4

    Add lemon juice.

    Step 5

    Mix well.

    Step 6

    Mix pain flour with baking soda and a bit salt. Add to the dough.

    Step 7

    Mix well.

    Step 8

    Bake for 20 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy! Yummy!
