How to Make Delicious Crepes (Made From Scratch)

Supplies

  • A Cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Cream cheese filling: 8 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of confection sugar
  • OPTIONAL 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather supplies

    Step 2

    In a large mixing bowl add the flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and butter

    Step 3

    Once mixed, it should look like this

    Step 4

    Lightly oil a griddle and put on medium heat

    Step 5

    Pour on the griddle and leave for about 2 minutes ( one minute each side)

    Step 6

    These next steps are optional (how to make the cream cheese filling)

    Step 7

    Mix the confection sugar and cream cheese

    Step 8

    Stir ( this maybe tough)

    Step 9

    Plop it on ur crepe

    Step 10

    Fold it and decorate it however u want
