How to Make Delicious Chocolate & Cherry Truffles

Supplies

  • 200 Grams Dark chocolate
  • 100 Grams White chocolate
  • 200 Grams Glacé cherries
  • 285 Grams Cherry Madeira cake
  • 1 Bunch Truffle Cases
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Here are my ingredients

    Break 1/2 the dark chocolate into a large bowl

    Step 3

    Crumble the cake

    Step 4

    Chop up the cherries

    Step 5

    Microwave the chocolate until melted

    Step 7

    Add cake🍰 and cherries🍒 and mix thoroughly

    Better picture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set

    Microwave the other 1/2 dark choc for 50 secs

    Step 12

    Line tray with grease proof paper

    Step 13

    Mixey mix

    Step 14

    Cut more cherries into thin strips

    Step 15

    Roll into small balls

    Step 16

    Coat with dark choc (bad pic sorry)

    Step 18

    When it's dry dip it in white and add a cherry (sorry the darks not set yet so don't have pic for this step.)
