Gather your ingredients
Sift the flours, sugar and bicarb soda.
Give it a mix
Add egg, butter, honey and vanilla essence.
Mix it all up. It should be quite creamy.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Divide into the pans and bake at 180•c for about 20-30 minutes- or until golden.
Meanwhile melt chocolate and cream in a saucepan until nice and smooth and glossy.
Transfer to a bowl and put in the fridge until its firm enough to ice your cupcakes. It could take up to an hour.
Cup cakes are ready! Time to ice!
