How to Make Delicious Avocado&Pear Smoothie

Instructions

Step 1

Gather all the ingredients: - 1/2 avocado - 1/2 pear - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/4 cup low-fat plain yoghurt - 1 tablespoon honey - 1 cup ice

Get your measurement cups/tablespoons/teaspoons

Step 3

Cut your avocado in half, take the seed out

Step 4

Get 1 tablespoon of honey ( it gets REALLY sweet so you could do half a tablespoon )

Step 5

Get 1/4 cup low-fat plain yoghurt ( doesn't matter if its low-fat or not..up to you)

Step 6

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step 7

Put it all in your blender

Step 8

let it blend:) it's almost done...mix for around 1 minute

Step 9

Yes it's done.. Dig in!

Step 10

The serving size is about 2 cups:) Enjoy!
