Split the plantains in half.
Prepare your wonton wrappers, brown sugar, and plantains.
Dip the plantains into the brown sugar.
Place the plantain in one corner & fold the corner over.
Make sure you wrap the plantain very tight. Then grab both corners on the sides and fold in.
Fold over once again.
Secure the fold very tight.
Pour your oil into a pan and cook on medium high heat for about 7-8 minutes, turning every minute or so.
Start to plate, and enjoy this amazing Filipino dessert!
