How to Make Delayed Pitch Sweeps With Korg & Little Bits

by Daniel Raffel

Korg and little bits have teamed up to create a simple modular synth kit. It's never been easier to design your own analog instrument using the basic modular elements found in a synth.

Supplies

  • Power module
  • 2 Oscillator module
  • Micro sequencer module
  • Delay module
  • Synth speaker module
  • Instructions

    Step 1

This is my first quick "patch." There are so many things you can build with this project. Lets being by connecting a 9-volt battery to the p1 power module.

    Step 2

    Turn the power module on.

    Step 3

Connect the i31 oscillator module to the power. This will determine the rate the sequencer runs at.

    Step 4

Connect the i36 micro sequencer module to the oscillator. This will send out notes at set times.

    Step 5

Connect another i31 oscillator module to the other side of the micro sequencer. This will control the pitch of the triggers and give them a voice!

    Step 6

Connect a i35 delay to the second oscillator. This will add a delay effect to the audio.

    Step 7

Connect the o24 synth speaker. This will give your analog circuit sound that your ears can hear. Start turning the knobs and make some noise!
