Thoroughly wash oranges.
Using a swiss peeler, peel oranges and arrange on perforated sheet pan.
Place sheet pan into the 1200UP holding cabinet.
Open top vents, leaving bottom vents closed.
Turn on 1200UP and set temperature to 175F (79C) to dehydrate over night.
Remove the orange peels.
Place dehydrated peels into food processor and pulse on high until all pieces become powder.
Pulse until you form a powder.
Store in a air tight case container.
