Break 3 eggs into bowl and whisk
Add Parmesan to egg mix and stand to one side.
Slice mozzarella ball into 6mm thick pieces
Take 2 slices of bloomer and add slice of ham to bottom slice
Top ham with mozzarella slices (covering most of ham)
Add top slice of bloomer and dip in egg mix. Allow to soak then turn over so both sides are soaked with egg mix
Place in frying pan containing slight coating of vegetable oil.
Cook thoroughly on both sides. Texture of bread similar to well cooked French Toast.
Serve straight from frying pan.
