Before starting, make sure you wash your hands!!
Step 1: Get all of the ingredients out and so your ready to cook and be prepared.
Step 2: Place chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Place over saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Heat, stirring occasionally with a metal spoon, for 4 or 5 minutes
Step 3: Meanwhile, place yolks and sugar into a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy. Slowly beat in chocolate until combined.
Step 4: Fold cream into chocolate mixture. Whipping the mixture.
Step 5: Keep whipping the mixture combined until thick and creamy.
Step 6: Spoon half a cup of mixture into a glass of your choice, add raspberries on top and then add another 1/2 cup of mixture on top of the raspberries.
It should look a something like this. 😃 I'm giving this recipe a 10/10 because it was so fluffy and light. It was defiantly chocolaty enough. There is no need for improvements through this recipe.
Step 7: Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Serve.
Step 8: For a hygienic standed wash up!
