How to Make Cute and Healthy Tea Cakes

Easy and yummy tea cakes

Supplies

  • 10 Tablespoons Almond flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Oat milk/soy milk
  • 4 Pieces of chopped dark chocolate
  • 4 Pieces of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 Egg
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients: almond flour, maple sirup, chocolate (white and dark), egg, oat milk

    Step 2

    Cooking spray if you use baking tins

    Step 3

    Tools: bowl, tablespoon, tins (I used 8 tins: 4 with white chocolate and 4 with dark chocolate).

    Step 4

    Mix dry Ingredients together with maple sirup, egg and oat milk.

    Step 5

    Spilt the dough in two parts. Mix one part with white chocolate and the other with dark (you can mix everything together if you want to as well). Spray with cooking spray and put into baking tins

    Step 6

    Cook for 10-15 mins on 175 degrees celcius/until golden. Enjoy😋
