Grab your quinoa!
In a pot add quinoa, water, ginger, garlic, curry, tumeric and salt. Bring to a boil, when boiling put the lid on the pot and and bring the temperature to a simmer.
Add the potato to the pot after 5 minutes of simmering, simmer for another 10 minutes.
When your waiting for the quinoa, chop the apples into cubes, and dice the onions.
The finished quinoa and potato should look like this!
Add apples, raisins
Add the honey... Give the mixture a taste and add more salt or curry if needed.
And then add the onion!
Chop up the cashews
I made a carrot and apple slaw to put on top, just by julienning them. And put the cashews on top! A nice sprig of parsley looks great!
