How to Make Curried Cauliflower Soup (Only 1 WW Pt!)

Only one Weight Watchers point per serving!

Supplies

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Curry
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Small white potato
  • 5 Cups Chicken or veggie broth
  • 1 Teaspoon Pressure cooker
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Chop the head of cauliflower.

    Step 2

    Chop the potato.

    Step 3

    Chop the onion.

    Step 4

    Step 5

    Don't add the curry powder here! I goofed. Add it at the end, after you have puréed!
