PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

In another shallow plate mix together the bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt. Make sure to mix it well :)!!

Liberally apply bread crumbs, I like to pat it down I find it helps the bread crumbs actually stick to the pork chops. NOW! Repeat step 9 and 10 for a double coating this gets it really crispy!

Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is heated place breaded pork chops into the skillet. Slightly move them around once they get into the skillet this will prevent them from sticking.
