How to Make Crispy Edamame

Supplies

  • 1 12 oz. pkg shelled edamame
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ΒΌ C. Grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees (200 Celsius)

    Step 2

    Supplies: edamame, Parmesan, salt and pepper, olive oil

    Step 3

    Thaw edamame then place on cookie sheet like this...

    Step 4

    Take 1 tbsp olive oil and drizzle over edamame

    Step 5

    Shake around to coat

    Step 7

    Sprinkle cheese on top of edamame

    Step 8

    I saved some for when it was done. I like cheese :)

    Step 9

    Put salt and pepper on to taste. Personally I like my edamame on the saltier side

    Place in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and crispy

    All done!! Taste and add more s & p If needed. I sprinkled the rest of my cheese and added more salt. (i don't usually salt anything)
