Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on low for 1 minute.
Your finished mixture should be soupy with no lumps.
If you want, pour the mixture into a measuring cup for easy pour. At this point, turn your griddle to 325 degrees.

Flipping the crepe. This took me a million tries... And finally I had to add some cooking spray to my spatula so it wouldn't stick. Flip the crepe when the outsides are brown and there are bubbles.
