Ingredients: eggs, bacon, chopped onion and bell pepper and sweet peppers, 1 diced tomato, liquid smoke, lea and perrins Worcestershire, Tabasco , salt and pepper!
Fry ur bacon but not too crispy . We will wrap this on the inside of the ramekins!
Sauté onions in bacon grease
Add tomatoes and let cook down with sauté onions
After wrapping the bacon around the ramekin add creole sauce at the bottom!
Break on egg in each without breaking the yolk!
Top off with shredded creeps ur choice!
Top with shredded cheese of your choice and put a splash of cream or hit milk! Put in the oven @ 350 deg fir 15 to 20 and enjoy! Creole Eggs with Creole Sauce!
