How to Make Creamy Mushroom Rice

Supplies

  • 1 ½ Cups Long or whole grain rice
  • ⅓ Cups Onion or shallot
  • 2 Cups Fresh mushroom chopped
  • 2 Cups Chicken broth
  • 10 ¾ Ounces Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ Cups Milk
  • ¼ Cups Butter
  • 1 Pinch White pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    1 - Wash & soak the rice. 2 - Sauté onion & mushroom in little olive oil. 3 - Add rice, chicken broth, mushroom cream & milk. 4 - Season with pepper. Serve hot.
