How to Make Creamy Fenugreek Pea Curry

Supplies

  • 2 Bunches Fenugreek leaves
  • ½ Cups Peas
  • ½ Cups Fresh cream
  • 15 Grams Cashew nuts
  • ½ Cups Onions diced
  • ½ Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Quart Green chilli
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger diced
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut and wash the leaves

    Step 2

    In a blender add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli, cashew and cumin. Grind to a fine paste

    Step 3

    Something like this

    In a pan melt butter

    Step 5

    Add the paste and keep stirring. Make sure u don't burn it. I burnt mine but gave d curry a smoky flavour

    Step 6

    Add d chopped fenugreek leaves and mix well

    Step 7

    Add some water as needed

    Step 8

    Now add the boiled peas

    Step 9

    Add cream, season with salt and pepper. And the curry is ready to eat :)
