How to Make Creamy Baked Chicken

Supplies

  • 1 Package of chicken breast tenders
  • 1 Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 Slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 Cup Seasoned stuffing bread crumbs, crushed
  • ¼ Cups Butter, melted
  • ¼ Cups White cooking wine
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Step 2

    Place chicken tenders in a greased baking dish. You could also use chicken breasts instead of tenders if you like.

    Step 3

    Place cheese slices on top of chicken.

    Step 4

    Empty cream of mushroom soup into a small bowl.

    Step 5

    Measure the wine.

    Step 6

    Pour wine into the soup and stir well.

    Step 7

    Pour soup mixture over cheese.

    Step 8

    Measure stuffing crumbs and add to dish.

    Step 9

    Spread evenly. Pour melted butter on top of breadcrumbs. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes, until sauce is bubbly and breadcrumbs start to brown.

    Step 10

    It will look like this when done.

    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
