Over medium heat: Melt down your stuck of butter in a medium sauce pan. Add your cream cheese and garlic salt.!
Using a whisk, mix until smooth
Add your milk little at a time and mix thoroughly with your whisk
Add your parsley
Mix in your Parmesan cheese
Allow your mixture to cook while stirring ever so often
Keep mixing it up
As you cook the sauce become thicker.
The longer it's on heat, the thicker it becomes
Remove from heat after you have reached your desired consistency
