Hello! Cream Puffs are a hollow French dessert, often filled with vanilla or flavored filling. In my how to video, I will show you how to make cream puffs!

You will need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This depends on how many cream puffs you will make. For this recipe, put the puffs in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Mix together instant pudding mix, cream, and milk. An important tip to remember: to save time, you can use an instant pudding mix to make a filling, but you can also make a homemade filling.
Cover and refrigerate the mixture. I let my mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours, but the time is your decision.
In a large pot or pan, bring water and butter to a rolling boil.
Stir in flour and salt.
Stir the ingredients until the mixture forms a ball.
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or a stand mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Mixing one egg at a time reduces the chances of your eggs curdling.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking pan. * It's okay if your dough isn't in a perfect shape, a cream puff varies in size and shape.
Before putting the dough in the oven, I used an egg wash to brush over the puffs. An egg wash is 1 whole egg- 2 tbsp water.
Let the shells cool, split them in half, and fill them with the mixture. *Optional- as a decoration you could drizzle chocolate or powdered sugar over top of the puffs.
The finished product! I added powdered sugar as a decoration, but it is completely up to you to decide what you want to put on top.
