Gather your supplies! You've got to do this quick.
Melt marg. over med heat.
Add flour. Stirring constantly. Till it's nice and bubbly.
This is what it should look like after about 30-50 seconds.
Add cream a little at a time at first. Keep stirring!!
Add all of the cream.
Stir till thickened and boiling.
Remove from heat and pour into serving container.
Poured it over macaroni and fried onions. Very good with potatoes and perogies too.
If it's too thick, thin with a little more cream*
