Step 1 - Grab all of your ingredients.
Step 2 - Place 250g of cream cheese, and 80g of butter in the bowl.
Step 3 - Place the bowl under the mixer and mix for 2-3 minutes at speed 1.
Step 4 - Pour 2 teaspoons of lemon juice into the bowl.
Step 5 - Fill 1 cup with icing sugar and pour into the bowl.
Step 6 - place the bowl under the mixer and mix for 5 minutes on speed 5. Then slow it down on speed 3 for 1 minutes.
Step 7 - take it out of the mixer with a spatula, and its ready to go, you can ice it on a carrot cake or just eat it raw.
