Blend pitted dates and almond milk in a food processor until roughly chopped.
Scrape down the sides of the food processor. Add the peanut butter and resume blending until smooth.
Add cacao powder and dried cranberries and continue blending until the cranberries are roughly chopped.
Roll the mixture into 3/4 inch diameter balls. Coat each ball in almond meal. Yields approximately one dozen balls.
Freeze for 15 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for best results. Enjoy as a snack or even a healthy dessert! :)
