How to Make Cranberry Saffron & Rose

Unconventional but rich and tasty. Nothing like a little cranberry saffron rose sensation along with your turkey and mashed potatoes! Enjoy.


  • 12oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons stevia natural sweetner
  • 1 tablespoon rose petals
  • 1 tablespoon saffron water
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 2

    Place cranberry in water and boil for 15 minutes until cooked. Watch to make sure you don't need to add more water. Depends on how thick you like your sauce

    Step 3

    Add honey & saffron water and Stevia. You can also use a cup of sugar instead. Depends on how sweet you want it. To make saffron water grind 1/2 tsp of saffron threads & add 2 tablespoon boiling water

    Step 4

    Add half the rose petals

    Step 5

    Use the rest to garnish

    Step 6

    Saffron brings a rich semi-sweet honey flavor.
