How to Make Corn Casserole

  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather supplies

    Step 2

    Pour your jiffy mix into a bowl

    Step 3

    Beat two eggs

    Step 4

    Pour the eggs into the bowl with the Jiffy mix

    Step 5

    Add one cup of sour cream

    Step 6

    Melt one stick of butter and add it to the bowl

    Step 7

    Add sweet corn cream style

    Step 8

    Add whole kernel corn

    Step 9

    Mix all ingredients

    Step 10

    Pour into a 9"x13" casserole dish

    Preheat oven to 350. Cook for about 45 to a hour. Depending on your oven.

    Take out of oven, let cool and enjoy!
