Ingredients! Are you ready?
Separate the leaves from the stems of coriander and peel the garlic
Put all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor: coriander, garlic, salt, green pepper, cumin, sunflower oil and white vinegar
Blend using short pulses
This is the consistency. It's a sauce, not fully liquid, in which you can still see little bits of coriander, pepper and garlic
Now it's ready to eat with potatoes, meat, chicken, fish and rabbit. You can also use it for marinating. If you want it spicy, use a green spicy pepper
