Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour and baking soda in one medium bowl. Mix softened butter with the white and brown sugars in a large bowl (electric whisk recommended).
Add the salt, vanilla and egg to the butter-sugar mixture. Add the flour-baking soda mixture.
Use 1cup of Hershey's cookies n creme drops. You could also use the cookies n creme chocolate bar.
Cut the drops into quarters.
Add the chocolate quarters to the mixture.
Put batter onto wax paper or greased cookie sheet in small circles.
Tip: dip a spoon in water to shape the batter and give the cookies a more circular shape.
Put in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes (10 if you want crunchier, I prefer 8).
Take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
