In a stockpot (6 quart), cook ground beef until done. Drain, if desired. Add diced onion, salt and pepper to the meat and cook until onion is tender.
Add tomatoes with chilies, chili beans and sauce, water, and both packets of Doxy's. Stir well and cover. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, or turn the heat way down and simmer all day.
Serve with cheese over cornbread! Note: To spice things up even more, use diced tomatoes with habaneros and spicy chili beans.
