Prepare ingredients and wash the mint.
Cut limes into small wedges. I cut the top and bottom of lime first to make sections easy to squeeze.
Assemble the ingredients... Sugar, lime, mint sprig and tea bag.
Heaping teaspoon of sugar (more or less to taste)
Squeeze in lime section and drop in the whole section.
Place entire mint sprig into jar.
Drop in tea bag.
Fill will cold tap or filtered water. Screw on the lid tightly. Place in fridge overnight at a minimum.
