Gather fresh ingredients and garnishes.
You can substitute the following with: various soup broths, various rices or soba noodles and light coconut milk.
Simmer one pound of thinly sliced and cubed chicken, a half cup or onion and a bit of pho base.
Place noodles in boiling pho.
Simmer and add soy sauce. Brown chicken and onions.
Stir in coconut cream until it has dissolved.
Add pho + noodles, veggies and chicken together.
Garnish and enjoy!
