How to Make Coconut "Bounty" Tart at Home

Supplies

  • 250 Milliliters Whipped cream
  • 250 Grams White chocolate
  • 140 Grams Coconut flakes
  • 150 Grams Biscuits
  • 50 Grams White almonds
  • 100 Grams Dark chocolate
  • 100 Milliliters Whipped cream
  • 100 Milliliters Melted butter
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put your white chocolate in a bowl and bring the cream to a boil

    Step 2

    Pour it on the chocolate , wait for 1 min and mix. After combined let it set in the fridge for about 4 hours.

    Step 3

    For the base you need to crush the almonds and the biscuits in a blender or food processor.

    Step 4

    Pour melted butter on the bisquits and mix

    Step 5

    Put the mixture on a tray and tight it up

    Step 6

    Like that. Now send to the fridge for 30min and bake straight from the fridge for 15min on 160c pre heated oven

    Now you can make the filling. Whisk the white chocolate for few seconds and add the coconut

    Blend it well

    Step 9

    And pour it on the base after you let it cool completely

    Set to the fridge and make the topping

    Step 11

    Heat the cream (100mil)

    Step 12

    Pour on the dark chocolate

    Step 13

    Mix until its shiny and bright

    Get the base from the fridge and pour the chocolate

    Cover all with the chocolate

    You can decorate with almonds if you like ;) serve it straight from the fridge
