How to Make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcakes

Supplies

  • 1 French vanilla cake mix
  • ½ Cups Melted butter
  • 3 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Cups Milk
  • ½ Cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar to top cupcakes
  • For the icing (below)
  • 1 ½ Cups Butter, room temperature
  • 1 ¾ Cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal crumbs
  • 5 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Confectioner's sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Condensed milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Whipping cream to texture

    Step 1

    Step 2

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put all of the cupcake batter ingredients into a mixer and mix them up.

    Step 3

    Pour the batter into lines or greased cupcake pans. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top. Bake for around 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool.

    Step 4

    Put all of the ingredients for your icing in a bowl and mix them up.

    Step 5

    Once the cupcakes are cool, frost them. To make them look fancier, pipe on the frosting and garnish with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch square. Enjoy!
