How to Make Cinnamon Rolls

The best connamon rolls ever!


  • 200 Milliliters Milk
  • 100 Grams Butter
  • 300 Milliliters Water
  • 1 dl Sugar
  • 700 Grams Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ Teaspoons Vanilla sugar
  • ¾ Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon sugar coconut mixture
  • 3 Tablespoons Shredded coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Heat milk until boil ( do not boil just until) than add water, butter and sugar

    Step 2

    Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and yeast

    Step 3

    Whisk together and add milk mixture stir together and then put on a floured surface and knead.

    Step 4

    Form a ball and let dough rise until doubled in size, about an hour

    Step 5

    When the dough has doubled in size punch it down :D

    Roll out

    Brush with milk and combine coconut, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the dough.

    The secret to perfect cinnamon rolls is DON'T CUT LIKE THIS!

    Use a thread! They'll get much prettier and prettier is better right?

    Put on parchment paper. Have space between they are going to get bigger! Put into preheated oven 200 degrees celsius (400 fareinheit) for about 10min
