Beat the 2 eggs and 2tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon sugar in a bowl. If you don't have Ceylon Cinnamon sugar just mix 1/2 tsp Cinnamon with 1.5 tsp sugar.  Our mix is organic so it's really good.
