How to Make Cinnamon Buns

Supplies

  • 1 Liter Milk
  • ½ Teaspoons Cardamom
  • 1 ½ kilograms Flour
  • 250 Grams Powdered sugar
  • 300 Grams Melted butter
  • 100 Grams Yeast
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix the ingredients for the dough, knead it well.

    Step 2

    Divide your dough in to two equall parts.

    Step 3

    Roll it out flat.

    Step 4

    Add a generous amount of butter.

    Step 5

    Spread it out.

    Step 6

    Make a mix of cinnamon and sugar.

    Step 7

    Spinkle a generous amount.

    Step 8

    Fold your dough in half.

    Step 9

    Cut it in thin slices.

    Step 10

    Twist.

    Step 11

    Make a knot.

    Step 12

    Should look something like this.

    Step 13

    For a variation you can add rasins, or chopped almonds or chocolate. Whatever you desire.

    Step 14

    Cook them in the oven on 225 celcius for 8 - 12 minutes until they are golden. Serve!
