Start by dissolving the yeast in one cup of warm milk then set aside
In a mixing bowl add your sugar
Then add the butter, salt, and eggs
Add the flour
Then mix well. It won't be a dough yet, just mixed together
Take your milk and yeast mixture, add it to the flour mixture and mix well with a dough hook
End result will look like this
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with Saran Wrap, then place in a warm area to rise.
Once dough has doubled in size, punch down
Get your rolling station ready...
Place dough on floured surface and roll to a rectangular shape about 12"x16" (as close as you can)
For the filling - mix the brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon together
Tricky part - spread as best you can on the dough. It is thick.
Roll up from the long edge into a log
Cut as thick as you would like. I did about two inches or less
Place in an oiled pan (using a 13x9) and preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Once oven is preheated put the rolls in for 20-25 minutes
While rolls are cooking start on your icing. Mix together the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla then add in your powdered sugar.
Mix until there are no lumps then place in fridge.
Rolls are all done!
Once cooled enough, ice and you're ready to eat
