How to Make Christmas Pecan/pistacchios Marshmallow Fudge

It's always nice to try new recipes and this was tested on some friends with a very good result. This is like Rocky Road but softer.

Supplies

  • 100 Grams Dark chocolate
  • 100 Grams Milk chocolate
  • 250 Milliliters Sweet condensed milk
  • 15 Grams Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 Milliliters (Mini) Marshmallows
  • 100 Milliliters Mixed nuts (here pistachios & pecans)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Measure all the ingredients before doing anything else. Once the chocolate begins to melt it all goes rather fast.

    Step 2

    Line a pan with parchment paper.

    Step 3

    Chop the pecans and pistacchios.

    Step 4

    Chop the chocolate and put in a double boiler or over a water-bath.

    Step 5

    Add the butter...

    Step 6

    ..as well as the sweet condensed milk.

    Step 7

    Stir and remove lumps.

    Step 8

    Stir the batter.

    Step 9

    Add the mini marshmallows...

    Step 10

    ..and the chopped nuts.

    Step 11

    Just blend, don't over do it or you risk that the marshmallows melt. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Put in the fridge to make easier to cut later.

    Step 12

    Cut in chunks..

    Step 13

    ...and ENJOY!
