Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together cocoa powder, flour,baking powder,baking soda, and salt in large mixing bowl. Set mixture aside.
In the smaller bowl, combine butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla
Then whisk together!
Add the butter-egg mixture into the dry ingredients.
Add raspberry extract to make the batter taste like raspberries.
Then fill the cupcake liners half way with the cake batter.
Place in oven.
Set timer to 18-20 minutes.
NOW MAKE THE FROSTING!!!!! Here is the ingredients to make the frosting.
Put the raspberries into a colander and pour water on top to drain the water.
Mix powdered sugar and butter, then add milk and vanilla and then stir.
Put the chocolate flakes on the icing.
Put the raspberries on top of the icing and flakes.
Enjoy the finish product.
