How to Make Chocolate Fondant

  • 6 Eggs
  • 300 Grams Chocolate fondant extra
  • 300 Grams Butter
  • 125 Grams Sugar
  • 30 Grams Flour
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    The ingrediens you need in a picture. This portion makes about 12 cakes.

    Step 2

    First melt the butter and the chocolate together.

    Step 3

    Then you do the forms ready. Put butter in Them and stir it around so it get all over.

    Step 4

    Then you put flour in one of Them and stir it around.

    Step 5

    And put it over in another one.

    Step 6

    Knock the form in the table so the last flour get out.

    Step 7

    That is what you do with all the others.

    When the butter and chocolate is cooled off a little, put it in a Bowl.

    Then you have the eggs, the sugar and the flour.

    Put the sugar in and stir it around.

    Put the flour in and stir it around.

    Add the eggs and stir it around quicky so the eggs dont start to cook.

    It should look like this when you are finish.

    Pour it down in the forms.

    Collect Them om a plate or something that Can be in your refrigerator. Put it in your refrigerator to cool down.

    For the dekoration use Cocoa and icing sugar and a aim.

    Put the cake in the oven on 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes. It should look like this.

    Turn it around on the plate.

    Poul the Cocoa on the halv of it.

    And icing sugar on the other.
