Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then, add flour to a mixer or large bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice. I picked up this spice made locally in the Bay Area!
Add baking powder and salt and whisk to combine. Set aside.
In another bowl, add your sugar.
Add brown sugar.
Add two eggs.
Whisk to combine.
Add pumpkin puree.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Add your chocolate chips/chunks.
Whisk on low until combined.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Slice up and enjoy!
