Clear a space to begin making batter
Gather your ingredients and supplies.
Plug in griddle and set to 300°-250°
Pour 1 cup of pancake mix into bowl
Add 3/4 cup of milk into bowl
Add 1 tsp of vegetable oil into bowl
Add 1 egg
Mix until batter has a thick and chunky consistency
Pour batter onto griddle, make however big you want.
Sprinkle chocolate chips onto pancakes
Continue checking bottom of pancake to see when golden brown and ready to flip.
When golden brow, flip pancake with spatula.
Let cook until other side is golden brown.
Once pancake is fully cooked, place on plate.
Pour on syrup and/or add whatever else you want.
