How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies

Supplies

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate morsels (any brand)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 2

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Step 3

    Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.

    Step 4

    Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy.

    Step 5

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

    Stir in morsels/ chocolate chips.

    Step 9

    A good tip is too use two spoons and get a spoon full of cookie dough and then you put it on your pan.

    Cook for 9-11 or until golden brown.
